The new 21-story tower designed by world-renowned architect Juan Azulay is a project by developer Pacific & Orient Properties, LLC, and marks the first groundbreaking in North Bay Village in 10 years. Currently under construction, the tower’s one-of-a-kind corner-unit residences, including four penthouses, blend the simplicity of Japanese living with today’s most advanced technology.
